Company Overview

Mechanobiologics, Inc. develops innovative low-frequency ultrasound (LFU) devices for both medical and wellness applications. Our proprietary technology rejuvenates aging cells and tissues by modulating mechanobiological pathways that regulate senescence and inflammation.

In laboratory studies, LFU treatment significantly extends the lifespan of cultured cells and delays or even reverses cellular senescence in vitro. Preclinical and early clinical research supports a wide range of potential medical applications, including:

  • Osteoarthritis: Clinical trials suggest improved joint function and reduced pain

  • Infection Risk: LFU stimulates immune responses in animal models

  • Cognitive Decline: Early results in Alzheimer's disease models show promise in slowing or reversing degeneration

  • Metabolic Inflammation: Animal studies show reduced inflammation associated with glucose intolerance and insulin resistance
